Guiding humanity to the powerful magic of sitting in the open question.
Who Are You?
You’ve done a lot of work.
You may have been to therapy. Maybe even some form of 12-step.
You’ve cleaned out and organized your closets.
You’ve made lists.
You have mantras and affirmations.
You’ve poked and prodded 100 different ways and you’re tired. Tired of feeling the way you feel. It’s like a part of you is stuck to the ground and it’s hard to move forward, and you don’t understand why.
And there are times where you find yourself worrying, or thinking too much about the past.
You’re at a crossroads, standing at the apex of the Y.
You may have been affected by living around addiction. Or there was trauma. Difficult situations. People who didn’t support or understand you.
You’ve dealt with it all. And although modern medicine is awesome in many ways, it teaches us to look at things logically. But logic is only a part of the equation.
Nothing will change until the internalized energy within you that’s tied to your stories is cleared and released.
Think of it like an invisible knot in a muscle. There’s something there, you’re not quite sure what, and you haven’t been able to shake it.
The good news is that clearing and releasing those invisible knots doesn’t have to be a long and arduous process.
You’re in the right place.
Yes! I’d love to join the thousands of others receiving insight and inspiration!

Stephanie has helped me gain so much clarity and peace of mind over some serious challenges.
Stephanie is an Illuminator. A healer who guides people to new levels of awareness and freedom. A speaker and author who teaches us how to connect back to ourselves, saying what we’re thinking.
It wasn’t always this way though. She lost her voice at a young age. Trauma. Addiction. Abuse. She proved her worth by the things around her and by her accomplishments, because there was little that good felt inside.
She had a successful 27-year career on Wall Street, and pushed herself to mental and physical exhaustion in order to achieve. She had a nice house. Awesome gardens. Everything on the outside looked perfect, but it never felt like enough.
She went to therapy. Worked with coaches. Even 12-step. All were great, but she still felt stuck. It wasn’t until she started to understand the impact of her internalized energy that she saw the patterns. That’s when things truly began to shift.
Stephanie is the 4th generation of women in her family deeply affected by growing up and living around alcoholics. She followed in the footsteps of the women who walked before her. Numbing her own pain, not speaking up, and doing what she thought she was supposed to do, in order to keep the peace.
This is where it could have ended. Settling for a life where she felt little joy, yet safe in its knowns.
Instead, she made bold choices and took leaps of faith. She left Wall Street. She divorced her second alcoholic husband. She went in to a profound state of learning and healing. Unraveling her story and working to understand the “why.”
She deeply understands the impact of trauma held within the body and the importance to our vitality to clear and heal it. Shedding layers of trauma and energies she’d internalized along the way. And she sees just how stuck she was in her own story.
She did the work she now shares, and stands in honor of the healing gifts in which she’s been given and entrusted.
She specializes in working with the hardscrabble and deeply ingrained energies, energy that is many times generational. Just as hers were.
Stephanie’s had the privilege of working and training with healers worldwide and her work encompasses a vast toolbox of modalities. She’s an Intuitive Healer, Holy Fire III Karuna Reiki Master, certified Oracle Guide, and studied mediumship with world-renowned mediums. Sound healing and crystals take their place as well.
In her free time, Stephanie is an avid cyclist, nature enthusiast, and a lover of art and live music. Fully using all of her senses to enjoy this wonderous life she’s been given.
